Guaranteed Pay
Medical Staff understands the importance of a regular paycheck. After choosing your guaranteed pay assignment, you will receive full rate for low-census shifts which cannot be made up during your assignment.

Completion Bonuses
Earn extra cash for the completion of each 13 week contract assignment starting at the end of the second consecutive* 13 week contract. Medical Staff offers completion bonuses for virtually every assignment.
Referral "Contract Placement" Bonuses Refer
your friends to Medical Staff, and you will earn a cash bonus if they work with us. The Medical Staff Contract Placement Bonus is paid to any Medical Staff Professional when a referred Medical Staff Professional successfully completes a minimum 13 week contract.
If the referred Professional completes a second consecutive* 13 week contract, the referring Medical Staff Professional will get a second cash bonus.
Referral "Permanent Placement" Bonuses
Refer a friend to Medical Staff for our "Permanent Placement" service. Why may you ask? Because if your referred friend accepts a permanent position arranged by Medical Staff, we'll pay you a substantial cash bonus.
Loyalty Bonuses
With the Medical Staff Loyalty Rewards Program, you can earn one Tenure Level for every year of service (2,080 continuous hours). The more hours you work, the higher your Tenure Level.

Per Diem/Daily Tax-Free Living Allowance
For each day that you are away from home on assignment, Medical Staff will provide you with a daily tax-free living allowance to use toward meals and other incidental expenses. It covers 7 days per week and will be disbursed on each pay period.
Shift Differentials
Are you flexible? Criti Staff offers an excellent shift differential. Earn up to an additional $2 per hour at all facilities for evening, night and weekend shifts.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Plan for your future now! If you enroll upon start of employment, you'll defer up to 15% of your income, tax-free. Medical Staff has an unbeatible Employer Matching 401(k) program that leads any industry, period! Our 401(k) Plan, through Merrill Lynch Premium Investments, allows you to enroll immediately.
There is also NO vesting schedule, which means that you keep every dollar Criti Staff contributes to your retirement plan. That's right! 100% of our contributions are yours to keep, regardless of how long you stay with us.
We'll match your contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3% you contribute. Criti Staff will then contribute an additional 50% match for up to your next 2% contribution.

Licensure Reimbursement
Upon beginning employment with Criti Staff, we will help you endorse or verify your license with the state boards of radiology and completely reimburse the cost of your state license.
